Attendance
👉ðŸ»Every student will regularly and punctually attend the school.
👉ðŸ»Latecomers will not be allowed to attend classes without the written permission of the Principal.
👉ðŸ»For absence due to unavoidable reasons, students will submit written applications duly signed by their parents. In case of illness, medical certificate given by a registered doctor
👉ðŸ»For absence without permission, absence fine will be charged. In case of continuous absence for ten days without permission, students' names will be struck off the school rolls. The Principal, however, may allow re-admission.
👉ðŸ»Every student must have at least 90% attendance failing which he/she can be debarred from appearing in the Annual Examination.
👉ðŸ»If a child is to be withdrawn form the school, one month’s prior notice is to be submitted by the parents.
👉ðŸ»Parents should apply for a Transfer Certificate on prescribed form after payment of fee for T.C.
👉ðŸ»Transfer Certificate will be issued only after the submission of ‘NO DUES’ Certificate form all departments.
👉ðŸ»Transfer Certificate will ne issued after seven days of the receipt of the application.​
👉ðŸ»All the students must come to school regularly and punctually. For absence due to unavoidable reasons, they will send leave applications duly signed by their parents.
👉ðŸ»They must put on complete, clean and well pressed uniform and polished shoes.
👉ðŸ»They must attend classes regularly, participate in teaching learning process actively, and complete their homework and projects carefully.
👉ðŸ»They must daily bring the school diary to school and at home get it signed by their parents every day.
👉ðŸ»They must take all Tests and Examinations regularly and sincerely since no re-test or re-examination will be allowed. They will show Result Card to their parents for perusal and signature, and submit them to their respective class teachers.
👉ðŸ»They should be courteous, polite, obedient and well mannered. They should respect their teachers and other school staff, and maintain cordial interpersonal relationship with the students.
👉ðŸ»They must call their parents whenever they are asked to do so.
👉ðŸ»They must not bring valuable items, mobile phones, private reading books/magazines and games material to school.
👉ðŸ»They must keep their classrooms and school campus clean, and protect school property consciously and conscientiously.
👉ðŸ»They should actively participate in all games, sports, athletics, cultural and literary activities.
👉ðŸ»They must not come to school by motor bike or four-wheeler by driving himself/herself.
👉ðŸ»The Principal’s decision in all matters of discipline will be final.

👉ðŸ»Parents are requested to pay school fees in time.
👉ðŸ»They are requested to send their wards regularly and punctually to school in the prescribed school uniform with books and stationery as prescribed by the school
👉ðŸ»If due to unavoidable reason their ward cannot attend school, they must send leave applications within three days. However they are requested not to send sick students to the school. After reaching school they will not be allowed to go home except for special cases.
👉ðŸ»They are requested to sign the diaries of their wards daily to ensure that their wards are doing their work regularly. It is a communication link.
👉ðŸ»They are requested to sign the progress Reports of their wards and take suitable action to complete their work regularly.
👉ðŸ»They are requested to encourage their wards to participate in all school activities when ever they are asked for..
👉ðŸ»They are requested to avoid criticism of teachers in the presence of their wards. To discuss the progress and problem of their ward they may see the Principal on any working day between 9:30 a.m. to 11:30a.m.
👉ðŸ»They may see the teachers with the permission of the Principal. However, they are not allowed to go to classrooms directly.
👉ðŸ»They are requested not to allow their wards to wear gold ornaments or carry expensive watches, mobile phones etc., or cash to school.
👉ðŸ»They are requested not to pester teachers for private tuition since that is strictly forbidden. They are also requested not to give gifts to teacher on Teacher's Day or on any other occasion.
👉ðŸ»They are requested not to send their child by Motorbike or four-wheeler by driving himself/herself.
